I forgot/lost my username.
We can have a form for lost username that will email the user their username. If their email address is no longer valid, we will need personal contact (phone call or email) where they can verify the last 4 digits of their CC number
I forgot/lost my password.
Passwords are stored in the database in an encrypted format and therefore we cannot recover the plain text password. Instead we can have a form they fill out and are emailed a link to reset their password. Again, if their email address is no longer valid, we will need to verify their CC info in person
I would like to change my login information (email and/or password); how do I do so?
All account information can be edited in their account's control panel. This includes email address, contact addresses and phone numbers, CC info, and password. The account username cannot be changed because it would cause instability with database integrity.
Is the information I provide on www.superrecruits.com secure?
No information stored online in publicly accessible websites can ever be 100% secure, not even for major Internet sites such as online banking. This is because technology is constantly changing, and new vulnerabilities are discovered every month in all possible points of failure, including but not limited to: client web browsers, client operating systems, network access (theoretically any hop in the route from one computer to another could be vulnerable to a man-in-the-middle attack or electronic eavesdropping (packet sniffing), vulnerabilities in the TCP protocol or even weak SSL encryption, newly published exploits made available to attack web server or database server connections, or even to attack the server's operating system). There is also the human factor, and social engineering tactics are well known. We do strive to keep every bit of our system up to date with the latest security patches provided by software vendors in all software used on the server side. We have policies in place to thwart social engineering (verification checks and balances - i.e. we will not just reset someone's password if they claim to have forgotten it - we must verify that they are who they claim to be). Every step has been taken to avoid known and unforeseen attacks. Access to personal information is subject to rigorous security checks - only those employees of Super Recruits, LLC. that need access to this information will have authorization to retrieve this data. No personal information will be shared with any 3rd party or marketing company without the user's consent.
I'd like to delete my Super Recruits account. How can I do that?
We should have a cancellation form set up that requires verification and ensures that the user is fully aware and intending to cancel the account. This reminds me, do you have a cancellation policy in place? Like a 30 day money back guarantee, or pro-rated refund after so many days, etc.

Super Recruits does not violate any current NCAA rules or regulations. We encourage each coach to refer to the NCAA rulebook of their particular sport as rules often differ for each sport and division. Coaches are also encouraged to refer to NCAA guidelines specific to their league prior to contacting high school athletes.
